On May 10, we launched More Than Just Tired as the first event under the Elite M Experience department — surrounded by books, warmth, genuine details, and a safe space at @assahalebanon
@hussien.noureddine led the experience with the inspiring story of Master Suzuki and the empty cup, relatable examples of hidden stressors, heartfelt jokes that softened the air, and a reset plan each participant created ; not just to survive, but to thrive.
